Every piece is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — which is the good part, and also the part that shapes this policy.

Guaranteed

Quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or a visible quality issue, it gets replaced or refunded. Send a photo to tobyburgmaier@gmail.com and it will be handled.

Not accepted

Because the products are made to order, general returns and sizing-related returns aren’t accepted. Nothing was printed before you asked for it, so there is no shelf for it to go back to.

So check the fit first

Find your product in the sizing guide for its supplier chart or its Size & Fit page on Fourthwall.

If the number you need is missing, email me what you usually wear and you’ll get a straight answer before you spend anything.

Fabric, weight and cut vary by product. Check the details on the exact product page before choosing a size.

Shipping and payment

Both run on Fourthwall, who print and ship the apparel. Their terms of service cover the transaction itself.
