Every piece is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — which is the good part, and also the part that shapes this policy.
Guaranteed
Quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or a visible quality issue, it gets replaced or refunded. Send a photo to tobyburgmaier@gmail.com and it will be handled.
Not accepted
Because the products are made to order, general returns and sizing-related returns aren’t accepted. Nothing was printed before you asked for it, so there is no shelf for it to go back to.
So check the fit first
The measurements are here — body length, chest width and sleeve length by size, for crewnecks, hoodies and long sleeves. Tees aren’t measured yet and that page says so rather than guessing.
If the number you need is missing, email me what you usually wear and you’ll get a straight answer before you spend anything.
Each piece lists its fabric, weight and cut on its product page — a tee is 6.5 oz combed cotton in a regular fit, a hoodie is 9.4 oz fleece cut relaxed.
Shipping and payment
Both run on Fourthwall, who print and ship the apparel. Their terms of service cover the transaction itself.
